The terms governing WP AI Stack accounts, WordPress plugin licensing, paid plans, hosted services, AI outputs, acceptable use, and disputes.
These Terms of Service and Software License (the Terms) are an agreement between you and WP AI Stack, covering wpaistack.com, our licensing and hosted services, and WP AI Stack WordPress plugins. By creating an account, using a paid entitlement, or using the services, you accept these Terms. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization.
You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise have legal capacity to enter a binding contract. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and authorized reseller for paid purchases. Your checkout transaction is with Lemon Squeezy, which handles payment collection, applicable transaction taxes, receipts, invoices, refunds, chargebacks, and subscription cancellation under the Lemon Squeezy Buyer Terms. WP AI Stack supplies and operates the software and related services described here.
The distributable WordPress plugin code is licensed under GPL-2.0-or-later, as stated in the plugin package. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that license grants to copy, inspect, modify, or redistribute covered code.
Paid purchases provide separate, limited access to hosted licensing, signed entitlements, AI allowances, update delivery, support, and other hosted or version-specific benefits. Those services, license keys, accounts, WP AI Stack trademarks, private systems, and service credentials are not licensed under the GPL merely because they work with GPL code.
Current prices, currency, inclusions, and hosted-AI allowances are shown before checkout. We may change future prices or plan contents. A change will not retroactively remove a paid entitlement already granted, except where required for security, law, provider discontinuation, abuse prevention, or these Terms.
Each paid license permits one active normalized domain at a time. The apex domain and its www form are treated as the same activation; other subdomains are separate. Repeated activation on the same normalized domain may be idempotent. You may deactivate the current domain before activating another, subject to reasonable security and anti-abuse controls.
Keep license keys confidential. You may not sell, rent, publish, share, or pool a license key or use it to provide paid services to unrelated domains beyond the purchased entitlement. You may not bypass entitlement checks, forge signatures, evade usage limits, or access hosted services without a valid entitlement. These restrictions apply to the hosted services and credentials and do not limit rights in GPL-covered code.
Provide accurate information, maintain control of your email account, use strong credentials, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account or WordPress site unless caused by our breach of a non-waivable duty. We may require email verification and may suspend sessions, keys, or access when reasonably necessary to protect you, other users, or the service.
You retain ownership of website text, metadata, and other content you submit. You grant WP AI Stack and its processors a limited, non-exclusive permission to transmit, process, and return that content only as needed to perform a requested feature, secure the service, comply with law, or provide support you request. You confirm that you have the rights and lawful basis needed to submit the content.

AI suggestions and SEO recommendations are tools for human review. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, similar to material generated for others, or unsuitable for your audience or legal obligations. Review every change before or after applying it and keep appropriate backups.
WP AI Stack does not guarantee search-engine indexing, rankings, traffic, conversions, revenue, originality, non-infringement, accessibility, or regulatory compliance. Search engines and AI providers change independently, and a technically valid recommendation may not be best for a particular page.
You must not use the service to break the law or another person's rights; send malware or harmful code; probe or overload systems; evade limits; scrape private endpoints; interfere with security; submit content you lack the right to process; generate deceptive, abusive, or unlawful material; impersonate others; or use the service to build, benchmark, or train a competing hosted service through automated extraction.
You remain responsible for your WordPress site, content, backups, notices, consents, and compliance with laws that apply to your business and visitors.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security incidents, internet failures, WordPress or provider changes, force majeure, or discontinuation of a third-party service may affect features. We may update plugins and hosted services for security, compatibility, performance, or product development.
Monthly plans receive ongoing eligible releases while active. Lifetime plans receive updates made available for the purchased major version; a new major version may require a new purchase. Security updates may require a supported WordPress, PHP, browser, or plugin version.
You can cancel a Monthly subscription through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. You may stop using and uninstall the plugin at any time.
We may suspend or terminate hosted access for non-payment, fraud, security risk, material breach, unlawful use, or a legal requirement. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Immediate action may be necessary to prevent harm. Termination does not erase obligations or rights that by their nature survive, including payment, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, dispute terms, and lawful record retention.
You own your content and retain GPL rights in covered plugin code. WP AI Stack and its licensors retain rights in the brand, website, documentation, designs, hosted APIs, private source code, models, databases, and other materials not expressly licensed to you. Feedback may be used without restriction or payment, but we will not identify you publicly without permission.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service and recommendations are provided as available and as is, without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted and error-free operation. This does not exclude an express promise we make in writing or a warranty, remedy, or right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. If digital content or a service is defective, you retain any mandatory repair, replacement, price reduction, refund, or other statutory remedy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WP AI Stack is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, or loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, data, traffic, ranking, or business opportunity. Our total aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the fees paid for the affected WP AI Stack product during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited, including liability that cannot lawfully be limited for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Before filing a claim, contact legals@wpaistack.com, describe the issue and requested resolution, and allow both sides a reasonable opportunity to resolve it informally. This requirement does not prevent urgent injunctive relief or a complaint to a regulator or consumer authority.
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be adjusted only as much as necessary and the rest remains effective. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver. You may not transfer your hosted entitlement without our written approval; we may transfer these Terms as part of a reorganization or sale that continues the relevant obligations. These Terms, incorporated policies, and checkout disclosures form the agreement concerning the service.
We may update these Terms for legal, security, provider, or material service changes. We will post the new effective date and give reasonable additional notice when required. Continued use after an update takes effect means acceptance where law permits; otherwise you may stop using the affected service.
