When an initial Monthly or Lifetime purchase may be refunded, how subscription cancellation works, and how to request help.
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for WP AI Stack purchases. It collects payment, issues receipts and invoices, and evaluates and processes approved refunds to the original payment method. Its Buyer Terms also apply to your transaction.
This Policy describes the refund commitment WP AI Stack asks Lemon Squeezy to honour for our products. It does not reduce any refund, repair, replacement, cancellation, chargeback, or other right that cannot be waived under applicable law.
You may request a refund within seven calendar days after an initial Monthly or Lifetime purchase if the paid license has never been activated or materially used. Material use includes applying paid fixes, using hosted-AI allowance, obtaining paid-only update delivery, or substantial use of another paid service.
This voluntary seven-day offer applies to the initial purchase, not a recurring renewal, plan change, previously refunded purchase, or repurchase after prior material use.

For unauthorized charges, protect the relevant payment account and provide the order details reasonably needed to investigate. Lemon Squeezy may request verification and may distinguish an unauthorized transaction from misuse of a legitimately delivered license.
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal linked from your WP AI Stack account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid billing period, and service remains available until then unless the entitlement is suspended for another valid reason.
The controlled-beta Monthly trial is free for 14 days and requires a payment method. Cancelling before the trial ends prevents the first Monthly charge. After the first charge, the standard initial-purchase and mandatory-rights rules in this policy apply.
We do not voluntarily prorate or refund unused time in a billing period, and renewal charges are not covered by the seven-day initial-purchase offer. Mandatory local consumer rights still apply. Cancel before the next renewal date shown in the customer portal if you do not want another charge.
A Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase covering paid features and BYOK support for the major product version purchased. It does not promise every future major version or perpetual third-party service availability. A qualifying refund disables the corresponding paid entitlement.
Use the refund or support option in your Lemon Squeezy order portal, or email support@wpaistack.com. Include the order number, purchase email, product, purchase date, and a concise reason. Do not email full payment-card details, API keys, passwords, or license keys.
We may ask for information reasonably needed to confirm the order, activation status, usage, defect, or authority to make the request. We will send eligible requests to Lemon Squeezy for processing.
Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Bank and payment-network timing is outside our control. Currency conversion or bank charges may affect the amount visible in your account where permitted by law.
Lemon Squeezy evaluates and processes refunds and may reject requests involving fraud, refund abuse, manipulation, or materially inaccurate information. WP AI Stack may revoke the refunded entitlement and associated paid access when a refund or chargeback is completed. We will not use this section to deny mandatory consumer remedies.
